Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Business Development focused on
New Logo Sales in the Transportation, Logistics, Retail, and CPG
sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic growth plans for targeted verticals,
including market penetration strategies
Build relationships with executive stakeholders and lead the sales
cycle with a consultative approach
Incorporate digital transformation into proposals and provide
thought leadership on industry trends
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the
Transportation, Logistics, Retail, or CPG industries
Proven success in securing new business and closing high-value
enterprise deals in a competitive BPO market
Strong experience in BPO, consulting, or service-oriented
industries is preferred
Deep industry knowledge, including trends and forecasts, with a
strong network within the vertical
Understanding of contact center operations and strategies for
achieving key performance metrics
