Research.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research strategy across international product experiences to
ensure alignment with quality standards
Conduct and advise on qualitative and quantitative studies while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Manage and mentor a team of researchers to deliver insights on
international growth and payments
Required Qualifications
12+ years of industry experience with qualitative and quantitative
research methodologies
5+ years of experience managing UX researchers
Strong understanding of industry best practices in research
methodologies
Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights in
complex problem spaces
Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams
