A company is looking for a Director of Client Experience to
oversee client relationships and enhance the overall client
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and accountability for a book of
business managed by client executives
Identify opportunities for strategic client upsells and develop
team strategies to enhance client retention
Direct, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring their professional
growth and fostering a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in client management at a senior
level
3 years of experience in client management within the healthcare
field
At least 3 years of experience managing people
Experience in PBM client management is a significant advantage
Proven track record of exceptional client retention and
understanding of concierge service
