Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Analytics/Head of
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead in-depth observational analyses of voter file data
and other relevant datasets
Build and validate predictive models to enhance voter contact
program targeting
Collaborate with the Experiments team to design and execute
randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
Required Qualifications
At least five years of relevant experience
Exceptional project management skills for complex analytical
projects
Experience with non-randomized methods for causal inference
Proficiency in building predictive models
Expertise in voter file data
