• Plan and execute audits following auditing standards meticulously.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact as needed.
• Identify potential issues and recommend actionable improvements.
• Ensure timely communication regarding the status of the audit.
• Manage and complete projects within set engagement timelines diligently.
• Travel to client sites as required in a hybrid work arrangement.
• Engage in professional development through participation in training sessions and firm activities.Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • A demonstrated passion for serving non-profit organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in audit management or leadership role within a public accounting organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively working towards obtaining the CPA certification.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and initiate project elements.
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different working conditions and client requirements.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience specifically working with non-profit clients would be highly regarded.
