Job Description:

A terrific, full-time opening for a Maintenance Execution Manager has come available for an individual with 5 years of Supervisory experience of automation equipment maintenance within the Chemistry or Production industry. This position would earn a lucrative base salary, generous bonus structure, great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.Maintenance Execution Manager will be responsible for:

• Responsible for overseeing maintenance processes to ensure minimal disruption to running operations.
• Manage and maintain documents utilizing key performance indicators (KPls) reports related to maintenance trends with the equipment in the facility.
• Remotely monitor heavily automated equipment that is integrated into the facility.
• Support and promote continuous improvement as the facility integrates more autonomous equipment.Required work experience includes:
  • 5 years of experience in Chemical, Operations, or Production facilities that utilize remote and/or automated equipment.
  • Experience in managing/supervising a Unionized workforce
  • Experience with multiple of the following disciplines: Electrical engineering, Electrical systems, Hydraulic systems, Mechanical engineering, or Computer systems all relating to facility equipment.Preferred skill/ experiences include:
    • Maritime Industry Background
    • Experience with ALL of the following disciplines: Engineering, Electrical systems, Hydraulic systems, or Computer systems all relating to facility equipment.
    • Experience and understanding of Autostrads and Automated Container/Truck Handling equipmentRequired education/ licenses include:
