You will be a key member of our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all email strategy, execution, and optimization for our consumer-facing email marketing initiatives for our growing insurance marketplace. You will be in charge of planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, IP reputation management, and leveraging web technologies to drive engagement.The compensation for this position is $80,000-$115,000 annually.What You'll Do

• Develop and manage successful/profitable email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Manage communications between technical and creative teams
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the growth and management team to manage user conversion, unsubscribe rate, and engagement
• Ensure our email delivery follows industry compliance policies and best practicesWhat We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • 3+ years of email marketing experience with a list of 1,000,000+ subscribers
  • Experience with ESP management
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrated history of successful high-volume email execution
  • Strong analytical skills
