Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to equip
sales and customer experience teams with the necessary tools and
resources for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to
achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Create and curate sales enablement content, including training
materials and presentations
Conduct ongoing needs assessments and develop tailored training
programs for sales and CX teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) in CX enablement, sales enablement,
operations, or project management, preferably in a SaaS or
technology company
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and revenue
enablement tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed
decision-making
Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
in sales enablement
