Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II
(Electrical/Power Electronics).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for
electrical and power electronic systems
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure
manufacturability of new products
Analyze and improve production workflows, reducing waste and
increasing efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or
Industrial Engineering or related field
2-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering
role, preferably in the electrical or power electronics
industry
Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, including Lean
Manufacturing principles
Knowledge of power electronic components and high-voltage
systems
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and other industry
regulations
