Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
to establish and lead their QA strategy and team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across
applications
Build and manage a high-performing QA team, establishing best
practices
Design and implement automated testing frameworks for the
event-sourced architecture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
pipelines
Experience with Ruby/Rails and React testing frameworks
Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems
preferred
Proven track record of building and scaling QA processes in
fast-growing organizations
