Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Solution Engineer to enhance
customer-facing technical capabilities and support sales
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to provide
tailored solutions based on customer requirements
Develop and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate the
value of the product
Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product
improvements and serve as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing,
Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or
solution engineering role
Strong understanding of customer data, marketing technology, and
analytics platforms
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various
audiences
Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a
proactive approach
