Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (Energy)
with technical expertise and a background in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to users, addressing questions and
troubleshooting issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and contribute to support
improvement
Collaborate with product development teams to relay user feedback
for software enhancement
Required Qualifications
1.5+ years of experience in customer/technical support in IT
product companies
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Experience in the energy market, including power distribution and
renewable energy
Linux skills for installation and troubleshooting
Fluency in English and Ukrainian
