Collaborate with clinical teams to verify insurance coverage and
assist with appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in patient service and customer support
1-2 years of billing experience, with knowledge of insurance
processes
Proficiency in using Zendesk and Athenahealth, along with Google
Workplace
Commitment to privacy and compliance with regulations regarding
Protected Health Information (PHI)
Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, remote
environment
