Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Flex Time Accountant for their
Client Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and
month-end closing processes for multiple clients
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and maintain
balance sheet accounts
Lead client calls with a focus on exceptional customer service and
support budget and forecasting activities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
2+ years of experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite
Software
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Interest in 3rd party applications to enhance efficiencies
Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and inventory
