Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial
reporting and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements
Lead the budgeting process and collaborate on financial
forecasts
Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage annual audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Controller with an active CPA license
7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2 years
in a managerial role
Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting
Experience in healthcare or related sectors is a plus
