Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager
responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a
defined portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property
acquisition and disposal
Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for
high-profile clients, coordinating negotiations and tracking
transactions
Contribute to new products and operational plans while ensuring
integration between service lines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate
transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Experience in industrial transactions is a plus
Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial
calculations
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
