As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, use your degree to run a business, solve problems and achieve customer success with ongoing training and mentoring. Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions, manage large inventory, generate new business leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
--- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts
--- Manage large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles
--- Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
--- Ensure complete customer satisfaction

**Qualifications:**
--- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
--- Effective communication skills
--- Internship or related work experience in customer facing role
--- Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
--- Valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles

**Physical Requirements:**
--- Read, communicate verbally and/or in written form
--- Remember and analyze certain information
--- Lift and/or move up to 25lbs
--- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
