Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative
(Outbound Call Center) to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified warm leads to
licensed Loan Officers
Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan
Officers
Required Qualifications
Inside or field sales experience required
Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
Telesales experience preferred
Previous experience in collections, banking, financial services, or
mortgage is a plus
