Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate our dealership's
performance.Position Overview:The Automotive Sales Manager will be
responsible for overseeing the dealership's sales team operations,
driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service in
alignment with Toyota's standards. This role requires a dynamic
leader who can motivate a sales team, coach individual performance,
and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business
objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly
sales goals and targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to enhance
dealership performance.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff on product knowledge,
sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work
environment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall
customer experience, including service and parts.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics,
update on inventory, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and
legal regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team to
optimize stock and display strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, inventory
management, and customer feedback for senior
management.Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at
least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing
high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong
customer service mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software.
- Knowledge of automotive products, leasing, and financing
options offered by Toyota.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.What We
