California Licensed Call Center Agent

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to provide customer service and technical assistance related to social services benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic support to callers regarding benefits and eligibility
Assess client eligibility and research inquiries to ensure proper routing
Document case notes and escalate complex issues to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

Experience handling inbound and outbound service calls
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong understanding of social services and eligibility requirements
Commitment to equity and a passion for impacting community lives positively
