Resolve insurance requests promptly and accurately for clients

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in insurance customer service
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before
starting
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and G
Suite
Strong process orientation and a commitment to excellence
