A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Agent to connect with existing customers and enhance their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to existing customers to discuss products and services
Cultivate relationships to identify upsell opportunities and address customer needs
Educate customers on service benefits and conduct needs assessments for tailored solutions

Required Qualifications
