Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Agent to join their
Collections team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced negotiation skills to understand customer
situations and resolve delinquency
Learn and implement new collection techniques and payment programs
to improve business outcomes
Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies while maintaining
high standards of customer service
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required
Must have at least one year of collection or customer service
experience
Proficiency with basic computer functions is strongly preferred
Willingness to work in a 100% phone-based customer interaction
environment
Internet access from home is required
