Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager to oversee
the creation and execution of compensation plans for GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and administer compensation plans for GTM teams
Guide incentive plan design and ensure alignment with
cross-functional leaders
Validate data for earnings calculations and manage compensation
plan administration
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in compensation, operations, or financial
analysis
Strong experience in sales, commission, and incentive plan
development
Preferred background in SaaS or recurring customer subscription
models
Experience with Incentive Compensation Management tools, preferably
Spiff
Demonstrated project management capabilities in high-performance
sales compensation
