Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Maintenance Engineer for
Night Shift Only.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate network maintenance activities, including
scheduling and customer notifications
Evaluate service orders for potential customer impact and
communicate necessary information to stakeholders
Act as a liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders,
ensuring alignment on change-related activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree or two-year college degree with relevant
experience, or at least nine years of related experience
Minimum of five years of experience in change management or network
operations in the telecom industry
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and telecom network
technologies
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and circuit inventory
software
Understanding of fiber optic network equipment and NOC
operations
