East.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform to drive
retention and business expansion
Establish and nurture relationships with customers, acting as a
strategic advisor to address their business challenges
Identify opportunities for product adoption and upselling, while
providing ongoing training and support
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in account management at a brand, agency, or
tech company
Experience with web technologies, CRM or SaaS platforms, and
digital marketing across social platforms
Strong product acumen and ability to learn new products
Advanced analytical skills with competency in data tools and
methodologies
Industry-specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of
business preferred
