Senior Software QA Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Software QA Analyst to oversee performance and automated testing for various products.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional QA team, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment in goals
Design and maintain automation frameworks and develop a comprehensive test automation strategy
Oversee execution of automated tests and lead performance testing initiatives to assess system performance

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance
Minimum 7 years of experience developing performance and automated UI and API test cases
4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred
Advanced proficiency in Java and strong coding skills for test automation frameworks
Experience with performance testing tools and creating robust automation frameworks
