Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Consultant to lead the
implementation and design of enterprise-class CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of client business processes and define functional
requirements
Lead project execution from start to finish, managing scope, plan,
and budget
Configure core system elements using out-of-the-box tools and lead
user acceptance testing cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology,
quality assurance, or equivalent
3 or more years implementing CRM solutions, with 2+ years in a
client-facing role
Experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions such as Salesforce
or Dynamics 365 Sales
Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is
required
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including
waterfall and agile
