Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead SaaS Functional Analyst
(SCM).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new
products, services, and processes
Act as a proactive technical support and business solution
implementation expert
Facilitate customer relationships and provide advice to internal
employees on customer issues
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience with SCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle
Cloud SCM implementations/support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven professional/technical experience with an understanding of
applications at both functional and technical levels
Experience in automated technology and instrumentation for
diagnosing and resolving customer issues
Ability to operate at the innovation of technology
