Division, we partner with major retailers like Costco and Sam's
Club to bring exceptional apparel to millions of customers. We're
looking for a detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the
end-to-end production process for assigned products, ensuring
efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.This is a critical role
for someone who loves solving challenges, managing vendor
relationships, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes to
get great products into the hands of customers.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the
Production Manager, you'll focus on execution, ensuring every
product meets our high standards and retail partner
expectations:
- Own the Production Process: Manage the full production
lifecycle for assigned products, from purchase order issuance to
final delivery.
- Vendor Management: Partner with domestic and international
vendors to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and
costs are achieved.
- Track and Troubleshoot: Monitor production schedules, flag
potential issues early, and develop solutions to keep projects on
track.
- Maintain Product Accuracy: Oversee all production-related
documentation, including POs, tech packs, approvals, and shipping
schedules, ensuring accuracy in Centric PLM.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams and vendors to
ensure that products meet established quality standards and resolve
any production defects.
- Cost Management: Analyze production costs, negotiate with
vendors, and identify opportunities for cost savings without
compromising quality.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the product
development, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure alignment
on timelines and deliverables.
- Vendor Compliance: Ensure all vendors meet ethical,
operational, and quality compliance standards.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO
THE TEAMWe're looking for a production pro who thrives in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves keeping things
running smoothly:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
experience.
- 8+ years of experience in apparel production management,
preferably in mass market or club store channels.
- Strong vendor management skills with experience overseeing
production across multiple suppliers (international experience a
plus).
- Proficiency in PLM systems (Centric PLM experience is
preferred) and strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and
vendors simultaneously with a sharp attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve production
issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with cost negotiations and budget management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner

until the move is finalized.COMPENSATIONAt FAM Brands, we are
committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for
positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We
offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal
work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate's
qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees
participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission
program (Sales).Compensation Range: $90,000 - $105,000
