Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research & Data Analyst to execute
data collections and reports related to compensation data
assets.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality and timely execution of data collections and
reports
Develop and maintain documentation and programming for data
collection and reporting services
Provide day-to-day support to data collection participants and
report recipients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3 - 5 years of related work experience
Experience with statistical packages such as SAS and programming
environments like Python and/or SQL is preferred
Ability to collaborate with IT colleagues on data collection
tools
Experience in maintaining accurate financial and timekeeping
records
