Responsible for repair and maintenance of general plant equipment such as; Electrical Circuits, Power Distribution, Electrical Control Systems, Motor Control Centers, and Variable Frequency Drives. Support all projects related to electrical infrastructure at the site. Responsibilities: Essential DutiesLead the in house electrical team for the site.Responsible for planning and execution of preventative maintenance and demand maintenance.Establish good communication links between shifts.Ability to provide comprehensive shift report both written and verbally to other Department Leads.Effectively manage conflicts until Supervisor is availableAble to train and mentor individuals as requiredAbility to work with little or no supervision.Work with others to troubleshoot and correct problemsEvaluate critical situations, consult with supervisory staff and propose corrective action.Ability to understand and comply with all cGMPs and SOPs.Able to work in confined spaces Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work in awkward positions Expertise: Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge and experience working with electrical systems from 24 volt up to 5kV.The ability to analyze, investigate, and solve technical issues involving electro-mechanical equipment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
