Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM or ITOM Business
Process Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the
USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and implement ITAM and/or ITOM solutions
Run workshops, document processes, and create user stories
Assist with migration efforts related to ITAM and/or ITOM
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience with ServiceNow
Expertise in CIS - ITAM and/or ITOM is essential
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
Experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC)
Ability to work independently
