Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst
to assist Salesforce end users and manage the helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Salesforce helpdesk, addressing support cases and
interacting with internal stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes to optimize
the Salesforce system
Identify and analyze recurring issues, coordinating with IT and
business resources to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Salesforce ADM201 certification or equivalent experience as a
Salesforce super user
1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar or
administrative role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with Tableau for CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce
Data Loader is strongly preferred
Desire to continuously grow professionally and learn new skills
