We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for Digital Products to join our digital product team, where you will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.If you are passionate about quality assurance for digital products like web and mobile apps, and thrive on winning market share, then this role is for you. • Assists QA Manager in planning and documenting the testing effort by creating test plans.
• Report bugs and errors to product and development teams.
• Collaborates with our internal team and external resources to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time, with an elevated level of quality.
• Performs peer review and provides feedback to QA manager, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end UAT for your respective product.
• Documents and facilitates communication and troubleshooting of issues, defects and changes to aid others in quick and efficient remediation and in accordance with QA processes.
• Support team on some content updates on the website and troubleshooting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications Required:
• BA/BS degree strongly desired.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.Additional Information:
• This position will be based in our Newport Beach Headquarters (Hybrid T-Th onsite).
• This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.Compensation & Total Rewards:The expected pay for this position is $86,000 - $107,000 salary + annual bonus compensation plan.We offer more than just a paycheck, and your base salary is just the start!
