Job Summary



The Business Analyst will work to contribute and support initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports; and create modify, and/or simplify operational processes and procedures.



The Business Analyst also:

* Evaluates business processes, document requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.

* Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

* Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

* Performs requirements analysis, document and communicate the results of analysis efforts.

* Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.

* Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

* Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

* Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

* Helps to manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

* Creates, updates, implements, and maintains procedures.

* Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

* Performs other duties as required

* Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

* Build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
