Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate
healthcare services for members
Gather clinical information and apply clinical criteria to render
coverage determinations
Communicate with providers to facilitate care and identify referral
opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
1+ years of clinical experience in an acute or post-acute
setting
Experience with MS Office Suite and electronic medical record
systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays
