Job Description:
Cortica is seeking a BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in
Torrance and surrounding areas.We are a rapidly growing
organization pioneering a collaborative approach to
neurodevelopmental care. We serve diverse patient populations,
including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder,
speech and language disorders, and more. Our interdisciplinary team
includes Neurologists, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, EEG
Technicians, Counselors, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language
Pathologists, Behavior Therapists, Music Therapists, and more.In
this role, you'll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming
for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll support and guide a
pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in
making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare

degree in Human Services or a related field.Current BCBA (Board
Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.Compensation &
Benefits:Base Salary (for 25 billable hours/week): $81,600 -
$102,100.Salary + Bonus (for 30 billable hours/week): $94,800 -
$115,300.Bonus: $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.PTO:
14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after
your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.CEU Stipend: $2,000
