Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Operations Analyst who
will enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and customer service for Digital
Checkout, Salesforce CPQ, and Zuora Billing platforms
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends
and recommend process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address
production-related issues and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or 2+ years with an
advanced degree in a product organization
Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Zuora, or similar billing
platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with MS Exchange logs
and error analysis
Analytical background preferred
