A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Professional Services
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Professional Services team by creating standard
reporting and analytics
Develop annual/quarterly plans for business health and performance
KPIs
Drive operational model-building and conduct weekly forecasting and
deal reviews
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance,
BizOps, or Analytics in a B2B (ideally SaaS) environment
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to distil
complex data into insights
Experience in process improvement and automation
Proven ability to influence cross-team initiatives and partner with
various groups
Desire to execute projects with urgency and a sense of
ownership
