SummaryOur client, a top mechanical contractor, is currently
seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for
their Los Angeles, CA location. Backed by the strength and

information modeling (BIM) capabilities, design/build services,
sustainable solutions, commercial HVAC services, and complex
mechanical and industrial system installations. This position will
lead mechanical construction projects safely on time and within
budget for various markets including Healthcare, Life Science,
Commercial, Industrial and a wide range of other markets.Duties And
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of field personnel assigned to the
projects.
- Manage field labor productivity and quality assurance.
- Oversee project financial outcomes, projections, and
reporting.
- Handle material and equipment procurement.
- Manage change orders and owner/client relations.
- Oversee project cash flow and personnel management.
- Comply with all company operating policies, procedures,
executed plans, and programs.
- Direct and oversee the work activities of direct
reports.Qualifications & RequirementsTo perform this job

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Must prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Must have demonstrated ability to perform basic business
mathematical functions.
- Must work with minimal supervision.
- Must effectively manage time and details.
- Must interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written,
oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must have organizational skills in handling & archiving
technical data.
- Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, plans, and
programs.To perform this job successfully, the individual must have
3-7 years of construction work-related experience and/or a
bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction
Management, and be able to perform each essential duty
