SummaryOur client, a top mechanical contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for their Los Angeles, CA location. This position will lead mechanical construction projects safely on time and within budget for various markets including Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, Industrial and a wide range of other markets.Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of field personnel assigned to the projects.
• Manage field labor productivity and quality assurance.
• Oversee project financial outcomes, projections, and reporting.
• Handle material and equipment procurement.
• Manage change orders and owner/client relations.
• Oversee project cash flow and personnel management.
• Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs.
