Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statistical Analyst to support the
Psychometrician team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains, updates, and operates existing code and develops new
code for project analysis
Develops rationale in programs to ensure data quality and applies
formulas for psychometric testing
Assists with quality control of data analysis results and
communicates insights to the project psychometrician
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
1+ years of statistical analysis experience
Proficiency in R; experience with R Markdown is a plus
Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills with new
software applications
