Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and ensure
the integrity of their HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities
Support HRIS functions including report generation, system
maintenance, and compliance activities
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of HCM systems and
tools
Lead system requirements gathering, design, testing, and
implementation for new modules and functionality
Required Qualifications
3 years' experience managing HRIS systems in an HRIS role
Minimum of 2 years UKG experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT web-based tools
2 years' experience in Cognos BI report building
Comfortable working in a geographically distributed team-based
environment
