• Instructs and directs work activities of employees in assigned work areas
• Keep close track of work in progress and regularly communicates with co-workers, Leads, Supervisors and Managers (as needed)
• Aids in training and works with Supervisor and directs activities of all production personnel
• Maintain a working knowledge of Company policies and procedures
• Maintain an acceptable attendance record
• Comply with all APP, Inc. safety rules, company policies, and to include code of conduct
• Assist in corrective action activities (as requested)
• Assist in Customer, Internal, NADCAP, and AS 9100 audits as required
• Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to Supervisor / Manager
• Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported per APP's safety policy
• Must take accountability to APP's safety initiatives
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
• Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Take ownership of Company's KPI's and Cultural Beliefs
• As a working Lead B you will continue to perform your regular job/work function and duties.
• Provide job cross-training when/where necessary.
• Will aid in the explanation the use of tools, equipment and production process to new personnel
• Ensure operating efficiencies are met and flow of production remains on schedule
• Assist in corrective action activities (as requested) - This is a full time opportunity. 5 -days a week. 8+ -hours per day - The ideal candidate will have: -
  • Experience working in Manufacturing/Aerospace -environmentSchedule: -Monday thru Thursday 3:30PM to 2AM Friday 1:30PM to 10:00PM Saturday optional overtime Pay Rate: $21-$26 -per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. - Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
