Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level
1 technical support to users in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support through various communication
channels
Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software
issues
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper
ticket management
Required Qualifications
6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support
role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional
industry
High School Diploma or GED
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Excellent work ethic
