DescriptionJob Overview:Maintenance Associates are the unsung hero of the Blink team. They are so dedicated to their craft that they would walk barefoot in the club without batting an eye. Our Maintenance Associates are often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum strapped to their back, re-racking weights and ensuring the bathroom is spotless. We don't know what we would doResponsibilities:Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably cleanClean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellenceStock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are cleanMake sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properlyQualifications:Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environmentAbility to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanlinessAble to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionallyExperience in handling and using cleaning productsAbility to organize and keep storage areas orderlyWork independently with minimal supervisionWork with hand tools and cleaning equipmentAct with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication skillsCompensation and Benefits:Pay Transparency: $17.28/hrComplimentary Blink MembershipBenefitsCompany Overview:Company Overview: Founded in 2011 by executives at Equinox, Blink Fitness is a premium quality, value-based fitness brand with more than 100 locations open or in development throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California.
