Job Description:
We are looking for 2 super sharp sales representatives to join
our enthusiastic and dynamic team! The position offers a base plus
commission structure so what you put in is what you get.
We need employees with drive, energy and confidence to jump right
in. We offer amazing training and you will get to work the best of
the best in our region.
Job responsibilities for this position include:
-Participate in sales/marketing of services to potential
clients
-Foster relationships with current sales sources
-Assist sales team in account acquisition
-Schedule appointments and interview qualified potential
clients
-Making outbound calls to potential clients to gain business
-Manage clerical professionals and place them on assignments
-Resolve customer service issues
-Assist in the hiring process (interviews, background checks,
reference checks etc.)
-General office operations and documentation to meet ISO
standards
Half your position would be sales and brining in new clients and
half interviewing and placing candidates. You will play a vital
part in the success of the Torrance team and have the opportunity
for advancement down the road.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-1-2 years of SALES experience required
-BA/BS is a plus but not required
-Highly organized
-Self-Starter
-Energetic
-Great work ethic
-Interpersonal skills
-Previous Sales experience a plus
