Immediate need for sales account executive for southbay staffing firm, Base will start around 36k-40k, DOE, commissions and bonus above that. Will be responsible for business development, recruiting, interviewing, staffing and customer service. This position has metrics and standards to be met and individual should be up for the challenge of pushing themselves to be the best they can be. Any experience in recruiting, sales or staffing would be helpful. Person should be able to work in the office 70% of the time and in the field 30% of the time. Should be ok speaking in front of new clients.
