Customer Service Coordinator / Customer Service
Representative
Ecommerce Company specializing in footwear and apparel, seeking a
dynamic customer service coordinator. Paying up to $16hr M-F
9-6.
Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for processing a high volume of
transactions, servicing a high volume of orders and service
requests, and coordinating this work between themselves and support
team members in order to meet lead times, deadlines, and service
level goals. This position will process orders, field phone calls
for end user and business customer support questions, order status
updates, accounting questions, pricing, etc. This position will
resolve customer issues by providing product solutions, processing
returns, replacements, upselling parts and replacement products,
and offering substitute products to complete transactions and
satisfy the customer. This position will work with Account managers
to deliver operational support for orders and service issues, and
they will work with the Accounting department to organize the
resulting tasks from a high volume of transactions.
Duties include:
? Organized response to a high volume of inbound emails and phone
calls
? Processing and coordinating a high volume of orders from multiple
sources.
? Using customer web based order management sites to manage a high
volume of individual orders for multiple business customers.
? Processing transactions and coordinating the work needed on a
daily basis to meet multiple deadlines and minimum processing
volume goals.
? Selling replacement components or products and processing
replacement level claims or warranties.
? Handling Customer complaints and applying company policies to
resolve or negotiate solutions.
? Reporting on status of all task level work.
? Processing RMA requests
? Ensuring timely communication regarding order status
? Updating company information to customer base
? Applying company policies, and escalating cases as needed
? Extensive reporting on order status, service request status, and
other related data
? Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and qualifications:
? 4 years of customer service experience
? Must work well in a high task volume, and time sensitive task
environment
? Must be fluent in Microsoft Office suite software.
? Highly desired candidates will have experience working with or
for Ecommerce companies
? Must have competency in sales and customer service basics.
? Experience with an order and customer management software title
like Fishbowl, MAS 90, MAS 200, or other ERP systems.
? Experience using QuickBooks Manufacturing edition is a plus
