impact: identify customer pain points through research, define
compelling feature solutions, collaborate closely with engineering
on implementation and release, develop essential user-facing
communications (e.g., help center documentation, product
announcement emails), and effectively communicate performance
outcomes.
- Define and analyze actionable metrics that enable data-driven
decisions and allow us to track our progress.Qualifications

in leadership roles.

meet an average of 60% of the criteria. Yet, women and other people
who are systematically marginalized tend to only apply if they meet
every requirement. If you believe that you could excel in this
role, we encourage you to apply. If you require specific
accommodations as you interview or consider working with us, please
let us know.
